Physical Safety: Participants understand that the TechTweakers Maker Platform utilizes physical equipment, including smartphone gimbals, microphones, 3D printers, laser cutters, and electronics, under supervision. I agree to comply with all safety instructions.

Content & Media: By uploading files to the TechTweakers dashboard, students and parents grant permission to view and edit materials. Custom video cuts are uploaded as watermarked files for preview and are unlocked for download upon processing checkout.

Account Responsibility: Parent accounts consent to the creation of linked student sub-accounts for child safety.

We collect only the essential information needed to operate the TechTweakers platform, including names, email addresses, and uploaded media files.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

All payment processing is securely handled via Stripe, and we do not store sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
